The Tao 道 - Wu Dang Mountain Retreat
Welcome everyone from anywhere in the world!
Wu Dang Mountain is the home of the Tao with its complex temples in breathtaking mountain scenery, you’ll be there to have once-in-life-time experience!
In this special trip, we’ll intensively train “Wu Dang Free Palms" ( 武当逍遥掌), study Taoism, and practice Tao Meditation with the Priest of Wu Dang Mountain Chen Li Sheng. A Course Completion Certificate will be presented.
Wu Dang Free Palms is a special Taoist practice form that combines Nei Gong and Wu Dang Internal Martial Arts for ultimate health and self-defense.

8:00am - 9:30am Free Palms
9:30am - 10:00 Taoism Study and Tao Meditation.

Including:
1. Staying 4-star hotels with double occupancy in Shanghai and Wu Dang Mountain.
2. If you’d like to stay in a single room without anyone else to share the room with you for the entire trip. Please add extra single room supplement of $800.
3. Tuition for all trainings, Taoism study, Tao meditation.
4. Round trip airplane’s tickets: Shanghai - Wu Dang - Shanghai.
5. Transportation: Wu Dang Mountain Airport - Mountain - Airport.
6. Luggage transportation between the base of the mountain and hotel summit.
7. Entrance Tickets for Wu Dang Mountain area and Mountain-Bus fares.
8. Daily breakfast in all hotels.
9. A celebration dinner for our 20 years of China trips.
Not Including:
Round trip International airplane’s tickets.
Lunch and dinner.
China Entry Visa Fee.
If you’d like to stay in a single room for the entire trip. Please pay the single supplement extra $800.
Payment Policy:
A non-refundable deposit $300 due Mar. 10, 2026.
Payment of $1600 is due May 10, for purchasing domestic tickets, and logistics in China.
Remaining payment of $1790 due Aug.10, 2026.

Cancelation Policy:
Deposit of $300 is non-refundable.
50% of the total payment will be refunded if your cancelation is made on/before Aug.15. 2026.
No refund if the cancelation is made after Aug. 15, 2026.
Full refund including deposit of $300 if the trip is canceled by Wu Tang PCA.
