This medical Qi Gong is dedicated to whose who love extraordinary health!
Since Dr. Hou Tuo (110-207 AD), father of Traditional Chinese Medicine invented “five animal frolics”, which imitates a
nimal movements, as energy medicine to maintain good health. There are many Chinese Traditional Medicine doctors and martial arts masters who, through generations, have devoted their life time to further the development and refinement of this wonderful healing art.
This medical Qi Gong is based on the meridian theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and guided by the principles of Qi Gong. It serves as energy medicine to help the Qi flow through the meridian channels in the human body to bring good health results, dissolve negatives, and heal illness.
This medical Qi Gong break through emphasizes the 14 primary meridian channels’ Qi flow, and nurtures and cultivates energies in the 3 Dan Tian’s of the human body. Using the Chinese concept of the harmony of the Three Treasures of Heaven, Earth, and Man and manifesting this with 3 postures/movements for each Treasure totaling 9 sections of the set. Each single exercise focuses on one or more meridian channels with a profound classic Qi Gong posture/movement, as well as being explained medically – in a manner that is clear enough for people who are interested in understanding that Qi Gong practice is part of TCM, and simple enough for people who are purely interested in practicing Qi Gong to maintain health, to balance their unbalanced physical or emotional conditions, to gain inner power against diseases for a happier and healthier life.
