7-hour-private-lesson:

How it work:

It's not a easy thing for anyone study the internal arts just by learning from a book. But, if you have some of the experence of practicing Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi), Qi Gong, you would understand the principles of Qi Gong, some people have done a successful self-learning in this Earth Qi Gong for Women through their highly motivated self-education. First of all, you can simply obtain the book “Earth Qi Gong for Women” and its companion DVD to learn and try to practice by yourself any time at your convenience.

Since it is an easy set to understand and the simple motions to follow - everybody can do it, after you read book and tried on practice of the movement of this set of Qi Gong, Questions will be answered by Tina Zhang via emails and telephone. (If the movement difficult level is too high for you to reach or follow, this is not the program for you).

There is no time limit to finish the program. Please take your time to learn and practice until you feel that you understand and can demonstrate this Qi Gong set, so you can provide a video or DVD, in which records your practicing and send to Tina Zhang for evaluation if you want your skill be improved, or be certified for instructor.

You are entitled for 10 emails and 3 time phone conversations on answering your questions during your study.
