 Qi Gong for Women
Saturday Nov. 6, 10am - 12noon, 2pm - 4pm

This special Qi Gong was originally developed and perfected over the course of 1700 years by Taoists, Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) doctors and Qi Gong experts in China.  It integrates the principles of TCM with classical Qi Gong to feed the needs of a woman's unique anatomy.  Focusing on generating the female energy through a series of very gentle, conscious, enjoyable and easy-to-do movements, this Qi Gong set works by discovering and connecting the positive energy in woman's internal organs and systems to improve or maintain their functions.  It creates pelvic health which in turn helps women to balance their emotions as well as hormones to ease or arrest uncomfortable symptoms of menstruation, menopause and in all stages of their lives. This Qi Gong set has been recommended by medical doctors as promotes long range anti-aging and a natural mind and body approach to women's general health.
