Sword Lovers & Tai ji Quan practitioners:
During the Tang Dynasty (618-509 B.C.) of Chinese history, the double-bladed sword became very popular, especially among royal officials and scholars. Many considered the sword to be the king of short-range weapons with its relatively small and lightweight for personal combat.
Northern Wu Style Tai Ji Sword form retains a strong historical flavor and features a complex interweaving of the internal martial arts movements with applications from this profound system. The practice involves a combination of principles of Tai Ji quan and techniques of traditional sword.
