In this workshop, you’ll learn the Qi Gong exercises:
►Cloud Hands, Swings I, II & III . &
►The Spine Stretch.
These exercises will be taught to illustrate the 9 Basic Internal Principles. These include the 4 Standing Principles: Posture, Breathing, Vision & Mindset, the 4 Moving Principles: Unity of Movement, Continuity of Flow, Compress & Expand and Continuous Lengthening and the Conceptual Principle of The Harmony of Yin & Yang. Students will learn how these basic principles apply to all styles of Qi Gong and The Internal Martial Arts.
This workshop will allow internal martial arts of Tai Ji Quan, Ba Gua Zhang and Qi Gong Practitioners of all styles and levels to explore the foundations of their arts, while also being the perfect place for beginners to understand an Internal Practice and for teachers of the Internal Arts to develop a foundation program.
