Dec. 28 Arrival in Beijing – Wan Yi Hotel or Chongwenmen Hotel
Dec. 29 Training
Dec. 30 Training in the morning,
Meditation at the White Cloud Temple with Laoshi Frank Allen
Dec.31 Visit the Tomb of Donghaichuan, the founder of Baguazhang & the
Great Wall
A Kungfu show in the evening
Jan.1, 2, 3 ,4 Training and one special lunch at “the hundreds of kinds of
dumplings restaurant”
Jan. 5 Visit the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven
Special dinner of the famous “Hot Pot” – for meat lovers, or vegetarians,
or raw food enthusiasts.
Jan. 6, 7, 8, Training
Jan. 9 Training
Jan. 10 Departure from Beijing back home
Ø Taijiquan(Tai Chi) training with Northern Wu Style Grand Master Li Bing Ci
Ø Cheng Style Baguazhang and He Bei Xingyiquan training with Grand Master Liu Jing Ru
Ø Courses will be translated by Tina Zhang
Ø Course Completion Certificates will be presented and signed by the Masters
